You must provide accurate account information, use the service lawfully, and take responsibility for checking petition claims and AI-generated text before submission.

Your content

You retain responsibility for text and images you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use them and grant Ekō the rights needed to host, moderate, adapt for accessibility, promote, and distribute the petition.

Moderation

Ekō may request changes, decline, pause, or remove petitions that are unsafe, unlawful, inaccurate, incompatible with campaign values, or unlikely to provide a responsible path to impact. Automated checks support—but do not replace—human decisions.

Service availability

AI drafting, image search, email, and other integrations may occasionally be unavailable. The manual petition-writing route remains available, but publication is always subject to moderation.
